 Includes projecting manpower plan for the entire fleet (cabin crew)
 Crew route planning, costing and budgeting.
 Managing a team of 08 resources for the crew bases at Mumbai/Chennai/Delhi/Bangalore
 Responsible for crew status and other statistical reports to the management on a weekly and monthly basis.
 Monthly planning of crew roster considering training requirements, flight requests and leave request.
 Coordination with the Network Planning department to ensure and release a perfectly planned roster.
 Forecast training requirement and tools to achieve it within the stipulated time frame.
 Introduced new techniques of training crew on International Routes.
 Liaise and follow up with crew control for day-to-day welfare related issues, ad-hoc training, inaugural and ferry flight.
 Preparation of monthly roster for Cabin Crew in full compliance with the mandatory legal rules and regulation laid down by the Civil
Aviation Authority as well as incorporating the company requirements.
 Update and Monitor Crew expiry records. Plan and ensure the timely advice and renewal as necessary
 Identify a “Leave Management System” to capture leave records for the crew.
 Process the Flight Duty Allowance (FDA) report and forward to payroll for payments.
 Key role played in managing the Data backup process, FOS application, Leave Data – Network, and other miscellaneous reports related to
Crew Scheduling in Excel.
