 Compiling PSF Report and Cross checking and Verifying all Traffic and Non Traffic Bills from GMR and AAI.
 Administrating daily ramp operations and provide jovial support to other staff’s and front line staffing.
 Preparing Daily & Monthly shift roster and forecasting leaves and week off’s for all staff.
 Coordinating with crew, catering, aircraft cabin servicing and airport operations to ensure the aircraft departs on time.
 Ensure the operations are controlled; staff perform their obligations and responsibilities as required.
 Maximize operational performance in areas of on-time performance, staff training and sustain a high degree of client service relationship.
 Assisting customers with special requirements and requests, coordination with pilots and other crew members.
 Ensured passenger comfort and safety with outstanding customer service so that all Customers safely enjoy their flying experience.

Key Accountability:

 Responsible for the effective planning and preparation of all systems and manual weight and balance documentation (loading instruction report, load sheet and trim sheet), ensuring these are accurate and meet the required safety and legal standards as outlined by various regulatory bodies.
 Hands on experience in managing Customers queries and requirements, suggest appropriate solutions to the customer. Build and manage strong relationships with customer.
 Handling general administration in manual filing and generating reports or official correspondence.
 Conducting regular ramp safety briefing for GHA manpower and airline staff.
 Taking care of regular audits on a timely basis.
 Conducting fortnight audits for Load & Trim within station level and submitting the report to HO.
