I am currently working with Hariharan Diabetes And Hear Care Hospitals P Ltd as an Executive Assistant to Managing Director heading the division of CRM & ER. I am very proud to say that I have been successful in forming a dynamic team and spread awareness on the importance of customer service and the implementation of various CRM practices from the scratch in the organisation. We have attained 100% customer satisfaction and now we have raised our standards and working towards customer delight. Apart from CRM I do provide support to all administrative procedures and coordinate with customers and employees. I do administer special projects,for say, setting up a world-class Cath Lab facility. I do represent and present our organisation at various events and to clients.Ensure efficient greetings for all employees and visitors and resolve complex issues. Prepare an efficient domestic and international travel itinerary.
I, Pramodhan, am pursuing Post-Graduation (MBA) in Aviation Management from the Hindustan University, Chennai; currently in the IV Semester of the 2-year full-time course, after having graduated in Engineering specialized in CSE. Apart from learning the finer details of Aviation Management, my previous education and professional experience have inculcated important attributes in my attitude, some of them being creative thinking, multitasking, and most importantly the immense potential to serve the society at large. As a student I have always excelled in academic pursuance and have always believed and followed a simple management principle “Right Decisions at Right Time”. This feat has been only achieved through right set of analytical skills, assessing critical components, and resource management. Further my communication and interpersonal skills add fillip to my effectiveness. The managerial attributes and skills that I developed helped me in achieving many laurels, to mention a few, University Topper & Gold Medalist in Bachelors, one of the Top-10 finalists in the pan-India competition “The Best Management Student – Chanukya’14”.
As far as Aviation Management is concerned, I believe it’s much more than routine management of business affairs. It’s about managing the whole set of airport and airline operations with great excellence. It’s about implementing the highest possible service standards while being compliant to the standards set by the regulatory bodies. It’s all about taking “Customer Delight” to new heights. As an individual I believe “Life is a Business” and a prospective participant in Aviation Industry I believe in “Zero – Tolerance” in what I do both in my personal as well professional life.
I have also undergone summer internship at Korea Aerospace University, for which I have gained key insights in Aviation Safety & Security and Airline Operations Management. My main objective of seeking and aspiring for a career in your esteemed organisation is to gain first-hand quality experience with the best practices in effective management of the aspects of aviation. Given this opportunity, I would be obliged for the same and work in a way that it would surely add value to growth of the organization.
