 To constantly maintain good quality scores in all the work that I process and review.
 Processing End to End payments for colleagues working in Tesco stores and Sending Pay slip for the Employees.
 Processing final payments for Death in Service colleagues, Sending mails to Ex-employees in case of any overpayment made.
 Quality check for the payments done by my colleagues and Training the Fresher’s about the process
 Handling calls that we get from Tesco stores around the World and Handling Escalations for Error received by the Team
 Perform tasks as per process documentation and put procedures in place where it does not exist.
 To keep process documentation up to date at all times and work towards being a subject matter expert.
 Always support the team in during excess work and train people when required.
 Maintain detailed audit trails for all activities, and maintain effective documentation with regard to each case.
 To actively give ideas and involve myself in running service and process improvement projects within the team giving tangible benefits to the organization
 Prepare reports to manage workflow and report out workflow performance.
 To identify any compliance or member impact issues and propose solutions
 To embrace changes in the system due to legislation or scheme changes and help team and myself to successfully implement the change
 Constantly seek learning opportunities by handling complex and rare scenarios to enhance my process knowledge.
 To study and understand the pan pension concepts to clear accreditation at all levels.
First of all Its a great privilege to work with a company like this and looking for a long term career here.
The company might be thinking that Old broom knows the corners of the house but the new broom cleans the floor better. I’m sure you are looking for a combination of both.
